Specialist projects - Titanic Belfast
One of our most demanding projects to date was to build a near-replica of the Titanic’s beautiful staircase for the Titanic Building in Belfast. We could relate to many of the production methods used by the craftsmen of Harland and Wolff Shipyard as they are reflected in our everyday processes at Oldtown Joinery.
The Titanic’s original staircase is arguably one of the most famous staircases in the world, certainly in maritime history and the creation of the Grand Staircase has established our reputation as one of the leading manufacturers in hand-built, bespoke staircases, not just in Ireland and in the UK but on a global stage.
